Potatoes Smashed!
Whenever I need a good pick-me-up I cook mashed potatoes. There's something about them that's so comforting. Could it be the dish's simplicity?

Challenge Accepted
Welcome to the Good Eats Challenge!
One of my favorite cooking shows, Good Eats came to an end last year after an impressive fourteen season run. I really enjoy food and dabbled in cooking here and there, but I watched the show because the way food works really fascinates me.
